Sometimes we want to do something repeatedly. Instead of writing out the code for each step, we can use a "loop" structure.

The loop structure in programming allows you to repeat a certain set of instructions multiple times. The "repeat" block allows you to specify the number of times to repeat the instructions. The "count with" block allows you to do the same thing, but in a slightly different fashion by using a counter and specifying the starting and ending values of the counter, as well as the increment to count by (such as count by 1s, or 2s, or etc.).

The "repeat" block below and the "count with" block below both give the same result as the three driveDistance blocks on the right side:

The "repeat" block has one input value: the number inside the blue box is the number of times the code blocks inside the loop get repeated.

The "count with" block has three input values: where to start counting, where to stop counting, and what’s the counting step.
