Lesson Description

1. Information for IT Staff

Important: District IT staff must first install RoboBlocky from the Clever App Gallery here.

Please note that RoboBlocky supports Single Sign On (SSO) using Clever but does not support rostering. (More info at the Clever support site here.)

Contact support@barobo.com if there are any issues.

2. Signing In to RoboBlocky using Clever: Two Methods

Important: In order for students to sign in to a teacher's RoboBlocky class using Clever, the students must have been previously enrolled in the class. See this lesson on how to create an enrollment link for students, or this lesson on how to enroll students manually (lessons are for teachers with an instructor account).

Once RoboBlocky has been added to the district's list of Clever apps, and students are enrolled in the teacher's class, there are two ways students can sign in to RoboBlocky and their teacher's class.

Method 1:

Students go to the RoboBlocky sign-in page (https://roboblocky.com/sign_in.php) and click the “Sign In with Clever” button at the bottom left:

This will take them to the Clever Log in page:

Once they log in via Clever, they will end up at the RoboBlocky home page.

Method 2:

Sign in to Clever first, and then select the RoboBlocky app in the Clever portal (more info at the Clever support site):

The RoboBlocky app in the Clever portal looks like this:
